What is your returns policy?

Due to the nature of the shop and limited stock we cannot offer a full refund for our Luxe & Love products (Dress agency products). However we do offer exchange for an in store credit voucher within 7 days of purchase.

For our Freestyle products we do offer a 7 day refund policy.

Do you offer student discount?

Yes we offer 10% student discount and keep an eye out on our Instagram for one off DISCOUNT CODES.

What are your delivery options?

All deliveries will be standard second class signed for deliveries.
